Grant Vermeer

Grant is a graduate of Bellarmine College Preparatory and the great class of 2017 from the United States Naval Academy.  During his time at the Naval Academy, Grant was a cyber operations major and a four year member of the basketball team.  He then commissioned into the Cryptologic Warfare Community and served in support of Submarine Operations.

While in the Navy, Grant developed a passion for real estate by watching his mother guide so many families through the seemingly daunting house buying process, helping them purchase their dream home.  Due to his experience, he brings an expertise on real estate for military members and veterans, including the use of the VA loan.  Grant brings a meticulous attention to detail and ensures every person will be well represented during this very important life decision.

After separating from the Navy, he entered the world of self employment.  He currently works in the Residential Real Estate business as a partner in The Vermeer Group, officiates college basketball games, and is the founder of Academy Insider.
